APPLICATION PROCESS:

 

 

  • Each application must include a $50 non-refundable deposit/application fee. Checks payable to SMYO or money orders are accepted.

  • Applicants need to send a video audition including the requirements listed in the section below. You may upload your audition to    and send the link to festivalsouthorchestralacademy@gmail.com 

 

  • Every applicant will be notified of acceptance by e-mail.

 

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:

   1) 2 scales of your choice with arpeggios. (2 or 3 octaves depending on your level)

    2) A solo piece of your choice that demonstrates your playing ability. 

         (3-10 minutes in length)
